Employer FAQ
There's no cost to employers. Employees pay no joining fee.
Minimal. You deduct the agreed amount from pay each month and send it to us.
We'll work with them to move their payments to a direct debit so they can stay a member.
No. Our focus is on helping people save first, so they can build a cushion over time. If someone does need to borrow, we offer an affordable alternative to high-cost credit.
All services are provided directly by Smart Money Cymru, which is regulated by the FCA and PRA.
