SMC has appointed an Interim Head of Finance

Smart Money Cymru is delighted to announce the appointment of Tanya Powell as Interim Head of Finance, effective immediately.

Tanya, a highly respected figure within the organisation, joined Smart Money Cymru following the successful merger with Newport Credit Union in 2024. With over a decade of experience in credit union finance, she brings great sector knowledge, steady leadership, and a passion for community finance to this key role.
