Once we have received all necessary documentation from you, we aim to give you a decision on your loan application within 24 hours. We will always get in touch with you to let you know what the outcome of your application is and you will always get to speak to a real Customer Advisor during your loan application.
What will I need to provide?
If you are applying to become a member whilst submitting a loan application, we may need photos of your ID to be sent to us. We will contact you if this is the case. For most of our loans, we will need to see 3 months of bank statements using the Open Banking Network. If you are unable to link your accounts to us using the Open Banking Network, please call us to discuss what to do next.
If you are requesting a loan for debt consolidation, we will need to see settlement figures for each of the accounts you would like to clear and, as we pay creditors directly, we need bank details for BACs payments.For more information read our Loans FAQ
